A Message from the Couple
OUR LOVE STORY
We met in college through mutual friends and pretty much haven’t stopped laughing since. From the start, it was clear we shared the same sense of humor, and the same inability to say no to a last-minute adventure.
Over the years, we’ve been each other’s best friend, co-pilot, and partner-in-chaos. Whether it’s exploring a new city, moving across the country, or hiking a trail we probably weren’t prepared for, life’s never been boring.
For the proposal he managed to top all of our adventures so far. At sunrise in Cappadocia, Turkey—hot air balloons filling the sky—he had a big, beautiful setup waiting for me, complete with a lit up sign, flowers, and a backdrop that didn’t look real. It was one of those moments that truly felt surreal.
Now, we’re getting married in Mexico—because obviously. It wouldn’t be us without an adventure, sunshine, and at least one suitcase that gets lost along the way.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Executive Suite
Perfect for families or parties of four, our Executive Suites feature over 1088 square feet of living space and spectacular ocean views. Executive Suites include a complete kitchenette, a dining area with table and chairs, a cozy living area with a sofa sleeper, and a private bedroom furnished with a plush king bed or two queens.

Booking information and deadlines
Hello! Madison and Miles have pre-reserved rooms with a special, set rate for the travel window of May 18-22, 2026
Reservation and Payment Deadlines - Book by January 10, 2026
Deposit due upon booking:
Final payments due upon arrival to the resort.
Can I make payments? Yes, we don't have an auto monthly payment debit but if you let me know the amount and when you'd like your card ran then I can make a payment towards your package.
Travel Agent
The couple has chosen to work with me, Amber at AllInclusiveWeddings.com, to make the travel planning as seamless as possible. Please read the important information below and contact me to complete your reservation.
What is a room block?
- The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
- Only rooms booked with the wedding group will count towards this block
- The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
- We have reserved Junior Suite and Executive Suite rooms.
What happens if I don't book with the group?
The wedding couple kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated room block.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The couple has worked to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special, set rate with extra amenities for the group.
- Groups are given priority room assignments.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but their reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract, unfortunately...
- Will not get the group rates
- Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
- If staying at a different resort completely, then you will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited occupancy restrictions.

Do I need a passport?
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.
The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.
Is travel insurance required?
Without insurance, your cancellation fee will be:
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.
What about airfare?
Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and book air when you're ready.
The closest airport is San Jose Del Cabo International Airport (airport code: SDJ). Transportation can be added only from this airport.

Flight Tips
Here are some tips for booking your airfare:
- It is recommended to purchase your flights directly from the airline, NOT an online travel agency such as Expedia or Priceline
- If possible, avoid Basic Economy fares, these are highly restrictive fares and difficult to make any changes/corrections
- If you have a layover, please allow at least 90 minutes on the outbound and 120 minutes on the return to change planes and go through customs/immigration.
- For your return flight, the transfer company will drop you off at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight time so plan your return flight times accordingly.
