Room Rates
Rates below include hotel plus shared round-trip transportation PER PERSON (based on room occupancy) from the Punta Cana Airport (airport code PUJ).
Room Occupancy
Multiply the PER PERSON rates in the tables below by the number of occupants to calculate the total room and transportation cost
Single - one person per room
Double - two people per room
Triple - three people per room (Maximum 3 adults per room)
For example: if you wish to book a Deluxe Tropical View room for 2 people for 4 nights, the total cost would be $953.49 x 2 occupants = $1906.98
Note: While transportation is included in these rates, be sure to add the $43 option during the checkout process.
All bedding configurations are on request and not guaranteed.

Reservation and Payment Deadlines
Deposit due at booking - $200/person plus the travel protection, if chosen

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless travel protection is added to the reservation
Can I make payments? Yes, we don't have an auto monthly payment debit but if you let me know the amount and when you'd like your card ran then I can make a payment towards your package.
Travel Agent
The couple has chosen to work with me, Becky Walters at Allinclusiveweddings.com, to make the travel planning as seamless as possible. Please read the important information below and contact me to complete your reservation.
What is a room block?
- The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
- Only rooms booked with AllInclusiveWeddings.com count toward this contract
- The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
- We have reserved specific room categories which you can see under the room rates tab but if you would like something different then I can provide a quote upon request.
What happens if I don't book with AllInclusiveWeddings.com?
The wedding couple kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated room block here at AllInclusiveWeddings.com.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special, set rate with included airport transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but their reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
- Will not get the group rates
- Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
- Will not receive any pre-departure, during trip support or post-trip support from me. I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
- If staying at a different resort completely, then you will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events.
Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited occupancy restrictions.
What's included?
The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:
- Hotel Accommodations
- All Inclusive Meal Plan - includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, 24 hour room service and all beverages including alcohol
- Daily and Nightly entertainment on resort
- Round trip shared transportation between the destination airport & your resort
- Hotel, Tax & gratuities
- All wedding events & activities
Can we come earlier or stay later?
Keep in mind, it is at the resort's discretion to honor the group rates for any nights not originally blocked. If the rate is different I will let you know before confirming.
Do I need a passport?
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.
The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.
Is travel insurance required?
We have two types of options:
- Travel protection - allows cancel for any reason/no questions asked and no claims to be filed. This option can be added to your package at time of deposit, see pricing in the Steps to Book section below.
- Travel Insurance - provided from our preferred travel insurance provider. Cost is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest. If cancelled you'll file a claim then provide proof of cancellation for the insurance company to review and refund if approved.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.
What about airfare?
Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.
The closest airport is Punta Cana International Airport & the code is PUJ. Transportation is only included from this airport.
Included transportation is "shared" transportation, which is a shuttle that may make stops at other resorts.
An upgrade to a private non-stop vehicle is available upon request, see booking form for details.
When book you flights, please so I can send you our AIR INFO form to collect your flight details. I need to provide your flights details to the transfer company no later than 30 days prior to travel. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.

Please keep in mind, I am often on the phone with travel suppliers or other wedding couples/guests so email/text is often the fastest and best way to reach me.
My business hours of 9a-6p CST, Monday - Fridays. I am available outside business hours by appointment ONLY or if experiencing a travel emergency.
Group Block FAQs
Once your room package is paid in full, you will receive a linked form via email to submit all of your flight details including airline, flight number, departure city, and flight times. It's important to submit these details within a timely manner to schedule your transfers. If these are not received, your transfers will be canceled and you will be responsible for your own transportation from the airport to the resort and back.
- It is recommended to purchase your flights directly from the airline, NOT an online travel agency such as Expedia or Priceline
- If possible, avoid Basic Economy fares, these are highly restrictive fares and difficult to make any changes/corrections
- If you have a layover, please allow at least 90 minutes on the outbound and 120 minutes on the return to change planes and go through customs/immigration.
- For your return flight, the transfer company will drop you off at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight time so plan your return flight times accordingly.

If you need Becky's assistance she will send you a reservation invoice to review for accuracy within 1-2 business days upon receiving your request form.

If travel protection is declined a separate form will be sent by Becky to be signed that insurance was offered and declined.
By purchasing travel protection, you are protecting your investment. Read below for your travel protections to see which one best fits your needs. Travel protection must be purchased within 7 days of your initial deposit.
We offer 2 policies, both allow you to cancel for any reason up to day of travel, the difference is allow you'll be reimbursed. The cost of the policy is based upon the package price and age of traveler - we'll provide a more accurate quote at time of reservation.
- Travel Credit Back - $79.99-129.99/person, if cancelled you'll receive a travel for the cost of package less your travel protection cost. Travel credit is not exclusive to this destination or resort.
- Refund Back - $139.99-284.99/person, if cancelled you'll be refunded for the cost of package less your travel protection cost.
Travel protection must be purchased within 7 days of your initial deposit.
