The deposit to secure your room is $100/person. The final payment due by: January 5, 2026. All payments are non-refundable unless travel protection is purchased.

By booking with the group, you confirm your attendance at all wedding events hosted by Alexis and Nadia. While at the resort, your stay includes comfortable suites, delicious dining and limitless drinks, endless activities and epic entertainment. No matter how you decide to spend your time, your days at Majestic Elegance will certainly be an experience you will never forget.

Do i need a passport?

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards, Enhanced Drivers Licenses or SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.

The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.

Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.

Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.

Yes! Deposits are due by the deadline. You can make payments whenever you'd like, as long as the trip is paid in full by the final due date.

While the couple request that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare. Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.

If you book your own air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than 60 days prior to travel. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.

If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $75 ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes.

Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form.

Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps.

If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the notes field.

Absolutely! If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problemo!

Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and I will confirm availability! Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.

This means that the group has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group.

  • The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
  • Only rooms booked with All Inclusive Weddings count toward this contract
  • The resort has a 4 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
  • We have reserved 2 different room types for you to choose from. Descriptions follow this FAQ

The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.

The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at All Inclusive Weddings.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:

  • The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation.
  • Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
  • Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
  • Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

  • Will not get the group rates
  • Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
  • Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
  • Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
  • Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited based on occupancy.

Resort Information

This spectacular 5-star All-inclusive resort is surrounded by the most breathtaking landscape, making it an ideal place for Caribbean lovers and first timers visiting Costa Mujeres in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. Two words “Sophisticated and luxurious”, offer a perfect description of the new property. The resort is more adult oriented with almost 70% of the rooms dedicated to adults only in the Elegance Club (Adults Only 18+) and the balance will be Family Section (All Ages). Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres will be located north of Cancun, 20 miles / 35kms away from the Cancun International Airport. Costa Mujeres is known for its turquoise calm waters and white sand beaches surrounded by vegetation ideally located 20 minutes away from downtown Cancun and just a couple of minutes away from the Punta Sam Ferry Terminal for a daytrip to Isla Mujeres. The south eastern coast of Mexico enjoys tropical weather year-round. The temperatures range from 68° to 86° Fahrenheit from Oct – March and from 75° to 91° from April to Sept

The wedding couple have chosen to host their wedding at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, All Inclusive Resort. In order to attend wedding events, please confirm your attendance by booking into the group. We have blocked rooms in both the main resort area, as well as the "Elegance Club" section. The Elegance Club section is adults only and can only be accessed by those who book into an Elegance Club room. Additional room types are available and can be added to the room block by request. If you’re interested in a different room type, please explain in the “notes” field of your form.

Planning a destination wedding should feel exciting-not overwhelming. Since 2017, I've specialized in destination wedding travel, helping couples plan unforgettable celebrations at all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.

I work exclusively with all-inclusive wedding resorts and am consistently recognized as a top producer for Hyatt Inclusive Collection and AIC Hotel Group brands, including Hard Rock and UNICO 2087. With firsthand expertise and strong supplier relationships, I help couples select the perfect resort and wedding venue while balancing luxury, affordability, and an exceptional guest experience.

I manage an average of 10-14 destination weddings each year, allowing me to provide personalized service and hands-on support. I serve as your main point of contact throughout the entire planning process-from resort and venue selection to room block management, guest travel coordination, and travel support before and during the wedding.

My goal is to simplify destination wedding planning and create a stress-free, seamless, and enjoyable experience for both couples and their guests-so you can focus on celebrating your love while I handle the details.
