All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room. The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:

+ Do i need a passport?
Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport BOOK, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards, Enhanced Drivers Licenses or SENTRI cards are NOT VALID for air travel.
If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date to ensure it'll be valid during your travel dates.

+ is travel protection required?
Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts become prepaid and non-refundable as your travel date approaches, Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended to protect your vacation investment. Over the years, I've seen unexpected situations arise that prevent travelers from going, so having coverage can provide valuable peace of mind.
We offer two Cancel For Any Reason protection options:
- Travel Credit Protection – Cancel for any reason with no claims or documentation required and receive a future travel credit. This option must be added when you make your deposit. Pricing based upon your final package price and will be quoted at time of reservation request.
- Cash Refund Protection – Cancel for any reason with no claims or documentation required and receive a cash refund (less the cost of the protection plan). Pricing based upon your final package price and will be quoted at time of reservation request.
Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection must be added at time of deposit.
Without protection:- There are no refunds if you need to cancel your trip.
- You will not have coverage for unexpected medical expenses or emergency situations while traveling.
- Most U.S. health insurance plans provide little or no coverage outside the United States. Please see the FAQ section below for more information.

+ what about airfare?
While the couple kindly requests that you book your resort stay within the wedding group, you are welcome to book your own flights, if you prefer.
When booking airfare, you will need to fly into Puerto Vallarta International airport. The airport code is PVR.
Because the room block has contract deadlines, we recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as possible, then booking flights whenever you're ready.
If you book your own flights and choose to add the group airport transportation, please forward your flight confirmation email or complete the air information request form that will be sent at time of final payment. This information must be received no later than 60 days prior to travel so airport transfers can be arranged.
If you'd prefer help with flights, we're happy to assist! We can provide airfare quotes and support if flight issues arise. A $75 ticketing fee per ticket is included with all airfare reservations booked through our agency.

+ I am sharing a room with another invited guest. how does that work?
Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form. Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps. If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the special notes field.

+ what happens if i don't book with All Inclusive
The couple has reserved a block of rooms and worked with us to negotiate a special group contract exclusively for their wedding guests. By booking your accommodations through AllInclusiveWeddings.com, you'll receive the benefits and protections available only to guests booked within the official wedding group.
Benefits of Booking Within the Group
- Access to the couple's negotiated group rates.
- Special group package pricing with included airport transfers.
- Priority room assignments so you're more likely to be located near other wedding guests.
- Priority status in the event the resort becomes oversold, reducing the risk of being relocated to another property.
- If an unexpected event impacts the resort or destination, it's much easier for us to assist and coordinate changes for guests booked within the group.
If You Book Outside the Group
Guests who choose not to book within the official wedding group here should be aware that:- Group rates and exclusive package pricing will not apply.
- Most outside reservations require payment in full at the time of booking and do not offer the same payment options available through the group.
- We are unable to provide pre-travel assistance, support during your trip, or post-travel assistance for reservations made outside the official wedding group.
- Guests staying at a different resort may be required to purchase a resort day pass to attend wedding events. Day passes are sold by the resort based on availability and are not guaranteed.
