To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance for your stay will be paid directly to the hotel at check-in.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations made within three days of arrival may be subject to charges in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.

Your room rate includes your accommodations at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, hotel taxes, and the daily resort charge.
The resort charge includes amenities such as Wi-Fi access, fitness center access, cultural activities, beach services discounts, and other resort benefits offered by the hotel. Resort fee inclusions are subject to change by the hotel without notice.
Airfare, meals, beverages, parking, optional activities, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise specified.
No, a passport is not required for this trip since travel is within the United States.
However, all travelers age 18 and older must present a valid, government-issued photo ID when flying. Beginning May 7, 2025, travelers flying domestically are required to have a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or identification card (or another TSA-approved form of identification) to board their flight.
If you're unsure whether your ID is REAL ID-compliant, please check with your state's driver's license agency before traveling.Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended. Unexpected events such as illness, weather disruptions, flight delays, lost luggage, or other travel-related issues can occur before or during your trip. Travel protection can help safeguard your vacation investment and provide valuable assistance when the unexpected happens. Insurance options will be available during the booking process, and we're happy to help you determine which coverage best fits your needs.
Unfortunately, this resort does not offer a payment plan for room accommodations. A one night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and the remaining balance will be paid directly to the resort at check-in.

Airfare is not included in the room rates and no group airfare has been arranged for this event.
You are welcome to book your own flights independently. If you would like assistance with airfare, Steph can provide flight options and book your flights on your behalf for a $50 service fee per ticket.
If you would like an airfare quote, please include your preferred departure airport and any travel preferences when submitting your request.If you plan to share a room with another invited guest, please coordinate with your roommate before completing the reservation form. Only one reservation form should be submitted per room, not per person. The designated guest completing the form should include the names of all guests staying in the room and indicate the total number of occupants. To avoid duplicate reservations, please make sure only one person submits the reservation request on behalf of everyone sharing the room. If you have questions about room occupancy or adding additional guests to a reservation, please contact Steph for assistance.
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to arrive up to three (3) days before the wedding dates or extend their stay up to three (3) days after the wedding dates, subject to availability of the contracted room categories. During this extension period, the group's contracted rates will apply whenever available.
If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer than the three-day extension window, please include your requested travel dates on your reservation form. Additional nights may be available, but rates outside of the contracted group dates may differ from the group rates quoted on this website.

A room block is a group of rooms that has been reserved specifically for wedding guests. The couple has secured a contract with the resort and has committed to a certain number of rooms for their group.
By booking through the official wedding room block, you'll receive the group's negotiated rate and be included as part of the wedding group at the resort.
The couple has reserved a block of rooms through a special group contract and kindly requests that guests book their accommodations through the official wedding group.
Booking within the group offers several important benefits:

Guests who choose to book outside of the group contract should be aware that:
• Group rates and negotiated amenities will not apply • Different payment terms may apply, including full payment at the time of booking • Room assignments may be located farther from other wedding guests • Reservations may not receive the same protections as the contracted group in an oversold situation • Resort day passes may be required to attend wedding events, if available. Day pass availability is often limited and cannot be guaranteed. • We are unable to provide support for reservations or travel arrangements booked outside of the official wedding group.
