- Travel Credit Back - ($129.99 per adult) if cancelled you'll receive a travel for the cost of package less your travel protection cost. Travel credit is not exclusive to this destination or resort.
- Refund Back - ($229.99 per adult) if cancelled you'll be refunded for the cost of the package less your travel protection cost.
Guests are welcome to make payments toward their reservation at any time before the final balance due date. Simply request a payment link, and we'll be happy to send one.
At the time of booking, you'll also have the option to apply for Uplift, a financing program that allows qualified travelers to pay for their vacation over time with convenient monthly payments.Guests are asked to book airfare directly with the airline of their choice. This gives you the flexibility to choose the flights, schedule, and airline that work best for you.
Once your flights are booked, please email your flight itinerary to us, or a link will be provided for you to securely submit your flight details. We will use this information to arrange your round-trip airport transfers to and from the resort.
Please submit your flight information no later than 45 days before travel to ensure your airport transfers can be confirmed.Guests sharing a room will be booked under a single reservation. The total cost of the vacation package may be divided among the guests in the room, allowing each person to make payments toward their share of the balance.
Please note that all guests sharing a reservation are collectively responsible for ensuring the entire package balance is paid in full by the final payment due date. Any unpaid balance may impact the reservation for everyone on that booking.Guests who would like to extend their stay with additional nights may do so by request. Please submit any special requests as early as possible to allow time for the resort to confirm availability.
Special requests typically take approximately 10 days to confirm and be added to the room block, so early planning is recommended to ensure your preferred accommodations are available.The wedding couple has secured a room block for their guests to provide preferred pricing and ensure there are enough rooms available for everyone attending the celebration. Booking within the room block helps guarantee that you are staying at the same resort and are able to participate in all scheduled wedding events.
Guests who choose to book accommodations outside of the room block may not have access to wedding events or may result in additional fees or costs being charged to the wedding couple
