Deadlines
After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit! Room deposit of $250 per person is due on September 11, 2026 plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). Final room payments due: October 12, 2026.

All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room. The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport BOOK, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards, Enhanced Drivers Licenses or SENTRI cards are NOT VALID for air travel.

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The Dominican Republic requires that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date. This means that your passport must be valid through July 2027.

Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts become prepaid and non-refundable as your travel date approaches, Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection is highly recommended to protect your vacation investment. Over the years, I've seen unexpected situations arise that prevent travelers from going, so having coverage can provide valuable peace of mind.

We offer two Cancel For Any Reason protection options:

• Travel Credit Protection – Cancel for any reason with no claims or documentation required and receive a future travel credit. This option must be added when you make your deposit. Pricing based upon your final package price and will be quoted at time of reservation request.
• Cash Refund Protection – Cancel for any reason with no claims or documentation required and receive a cash refund (less the cost of the protection plan). Pricing based upon your final package price and will be quoted at time of reservation request.

Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection must be added at time of deposit.

Without protection:

• There are no refunds if you need to cancel your trip.
• You will not have coverage for unexpected medical expenses or emergency situations while traveling.
• Most U.S. health insurance plans provide little or no coverage outside the United States. Please see the FAQ section below for more information.

You can make payments whenever you'd like, as long as the trip is paid in full by the final due date of October 12, 2026

The couple has secured a special group package that includes non-stop Breeze Airways flights from Pittsburgh and your resort stay for guests traveling on the group's 5- or 7-night dates. We recommend booking this package whenever possible, as it offers the best value and keeps everyone on the same travel schedule.

• 1/21 depart Pittsburgh at 924a and arrive Punta Cana at 224p
• 1/26 or 1/28 depart Punta Cana at 324p and arrive Pittsburgh at 654p

If you plan to stay a different number of nights, you're welcome to book your own flights while reserving your resort stay through the group. In that case, you'll need to fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and complete an air information form with your flight details so we can arrange your included airport transfers to and from the resort.

We do recommend reserving your air/hotel or hotel only package as soon as possible, as group inventory is limited and only held until September 11th.

Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form. Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps. If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the special notes field.

Absolutely! If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problemo! Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and I will confirm availability! Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.

The couple has reserved a block of rooms and worked with us to negotiate a special group contract exclusively for their wedding guests. By booking your accommodations through AllInclusiveWeddings.com, you'll receive the benefits and protections available only to guests booked within the official wedding group. Benefits of Booking Within the Group

• Access to the couple's negotiated group rates.
• Special group package pricing with included airport transfers.
• Priority room assignments so you're more likely to be located near other wedding guests.
• Priority status in the event the resort becomes oversold, reducing the risk of being relocated to another property.
• If an unexpected event impacts the resort or destination, it's much easier for us to assist and coordinate changes for guests booked within the group.

If You Book Outside the Group

Guests who choose not to book within the official wedding group should be aware that:

• Group rates and exclusive package pricing will not apply.
• Most outside reservations require payment in full at the time of booking and do not offer the same payment options available through the group.
• We are unable to provide pre-travel assistance, support during your trip, or post-travel assistance for reservations made outside the official wedding group.
• Guests staying at a different resort may be required to purchase a resort day pass to attend wedding events. Day passes are sold by the resort based on availability and are not guaranteed.
