The CuisinArt Resort & Spa overlooks the turquoise Caribbean Sea amid the velvet white sands of Rendezvous Bay, Anguilla. Spanish for the word "eel," Anguilla is located among the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean and incorporates British and French influences, as well as the indigenous Arawak Indians. Travelers will enjoy dolphin excursions available at Dolphin Fantaseas, approximately five miles from the resort. Music lovers will enjoy Anguilla's Tranquility Jazz Festival, held annually in November.

A hydroponic farm located on-site produces fresh vegetables and edible flowers through a state-of-the-art soil-free growing process. Harvested daily, the ingredients are then used in both the cuisine and spa treatments at the resort.

The lunch menu provides the perfect respite from the beach and the heat. Salads offering phenomenal freshness will bring you back again and again. The brick oven pizzas and unique sandwiches are renowned, and make sure to try the interactive Made The Way You Like It concept for stir-frys, salads, and pasta that allows you to choose your own ingredients and then leave the rest to them!

Le Bistro At Santorini

Le Bistro at Santorini is Anguilla’s only AAA Four Diamond restaurant, and features a new concept and menu this season. Executive Chef Daniel Le Guénan and his team create fresh, classic cuisine with a fresh and modern twist, using local products infused with Mediterranean flavors. Delectable options include traditional fish soup, Steak Tartare prepared tableside, grilled whole snapper, and “A La Plancha” specialties, to name a few. The sommeliers recommend just the right pairings from the wine cellar to round out the perfect evening.

World Delicacies Tuesday 7:00 pm–10:00 pm
This international barbecue provides delectable options from all parts of the world. The aromas of grilled lobster will captivate you, and live cooking stations with pasta, soup, beef, to name a few options, will keep you coming back for more - but save room for the fabulous desserts, too! Festive music by local talent rounds out your evening.

Tokyo Bay

As Anguilla's first authentic Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Bay offers outstanding options such as sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki. True Japanese cuisine relies primarily on fresh local food, and with the bountiful harvest of seafood, prime meats, and vegetables from the Hydroponic Farm, a gastronomic journey awaits you. Selections are prepared in a manner that respects tradition with a modern, alluring twist, always allowing the food to be the star. With a stellar setting offering captivating 360-degree views of the sea, St. Maarten, and Anguilla, Tokyo Bay's seductive décor will entrance you.

Italia

The Clubhouse at the Golf Club is reminiscent of the whitewashed villas of Greece. With stunning views of the golf course, the dazzling Caribbean Sea, and St. Maarten, guests will delight in the magnificent setting and the delectable cuisine at Italia. Chef Massimo Seletti has created menus true to his heritage, featuring traditional Italian specialties prepared with the passion he is known for. From inspired pizzas and panini for lunch to mouthwatering pastas and his special tiramisù for dinner, a gastronomic feast awaits you. 

Lobby Bar
10:00 am to 1:00 am 
The Lobby Bar features the Signature Cocktails and the “30 Wines from 30 Vines.” The mixologists create delicious blends that also incorporate ingredients from the Hydroponic Farm – don’t miss the Cucumber and Sage Martini or the Signature Mojito. Light dining from the Bar Menu is offered daily from 12 noon to 10:00 pm, and for cigar aficionados, the humidor offers over 25 international selections.

Penthouse 2001 - This lavish 3,600 sq. ft. penthouse suite in the Main Building provides maximum privacy. Bask in the sun on your secluded 4,000 sq. ft. sundeck or relax in your private Jacuzzi. Inside, you will find a large master bedroom with two elegant baths, an additional bedroom with bath, an office suite or additional third bedroom, a large living room, full kitchen and dining room.
