The Palm Restaurant - Designed to take advantage of the lavishly landscaped gardens and palm tree framed views of the Caribbean Sea, the superbly positioned Palm Restaurant grants its guests a decidedly Caribbean alfresco dining experience.
By day the restaurant oozes the relaxed feel of a Caribbean café. Head here after a morning swim to refuel for the afternoon ahead. If you like the idea of al fresco dining, then the terrace adjacent to the restaurant is ideal for that.
As night falls a more refined feeling takes over and you are asked to dress accordingly in smart casual wear. Enjoy the star speckled sky as you enjoy a la carte dining at it’s best.
Dress Code:
During the day we would request that guests wear tops, wraps or shorts and footwear at all times. The terrace outside the restaurant is available for those wishing to be more casual or with wet swimwear.

Bartleys Restaurant - One of the only restaurants in Antigua that offers comfortable, air-conditioned dining in an intimate setting. Situated within the main hotel complex, the elegantly appointed Bartleys Restaurant offers the perfect opportunity for guests to share a romantic dinner, celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening of delectable entrees, fine wines, and great company.

The Cove Restaurant - At Blue Waters takes Caribbean dining with a French twist to an entirely new level. Uniquely situated on a cliff top, guests are greeted by flaming torches and a dramatic entrance leading into a candlelit hall. Once inside, guests will see that The Cove offers some of the most breathtaking views to be found anywhere in the Caribbean. Once you can draw your eyes away from the view, they will be equally as taken by the cuisine available.

Pelican Bar - Named for the majestic birds that frequent the Blue Waters bay, the Pelican Bar is a characteristically Caribbean bar - bright and airy with arched doorways that open onto blue waters and lush green gardens. Adjacent to the tea terrace and lobby, and just steps away from the Palm Restaurant, the Pelican Bar is a perfectly positioned venue for relaxing with a good book during the day, sipping on an early evening Antigua Kiss cocktail or dancing under the stars to the beats of a steel band.
Dress Code:
Smart casual evening attire (shorts are not permitted after 7pm).
Beach Bar - Providing a rustic rum shack alternative to the other venues at Blue Waters, the beach bar is open daily for guests to enjoy a fantastic selection of cocktails and drinks from the comfort of their beach lounger or sitting by the lapping Caribbean Sea. This sun trap is a favorite with Blue Waters guests and the perfect venue for a sun downer after a busy day catching the rays.
Veronica's Bar - Ideally located by Blue Waters main pool just below the Palm Restaurant this is a favorite with guests as a place to congregate and start the day. One of the focal points of Blue Waters, the Manager’s Cocktail party is also held here, and Joe and Caroline have their locally concocted specialities on standby for you.

Deluxe Beachfront Rooms - Wake up each morning to unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. You’ll struggle to resist the temptation to dive right in, but fortunately you won’t have to as the rooms are all just yards from the beach. When you’re not relaxing on the sand you can still enjoy the sound of the sea gently lapping the shore and the Caribbean Sea softly caressing your neck as you sit on your balcony or patio.
Hillside Junior Suites - This ground floor suite offers you views of the garden with a limited sea view which you can enjoy while relaxing on your private patio. Once inside three steps lead from the lounge area into the bedroom space which features a king-size bed and a bathroom, with a walk-in shower and bath. The lounge area can be converted into a further sleeping area with a double bed pull-out couch which can be made up on request or a rollaway bed can be provided if needed. The suite can also be interconnected with the adjoining Superior Hillside Room.
Luxury Suites - These sumptuous, second floor suites are ideal for those looking for that something extra special while away and are found just yards from the beach. Each day you can enjoy beautiful sunset views from a spacious balcony outside the bedroom and lounge. Your bedroom features a king-size bed and your lounge is large enough to accommodate a queen size or rollaway bed, which can be provided upon request. When your not relaxing in the either of those rooms, you can take some time out for a soak in your bathroom's Jacuzzi.
Cove Suites - The majority of the accommodation at The Cove is comprised of 24 one bedroom suites, all more than 730 sq ft in size. All suites are situated on the ground or first floor with oversized terraces or balconies, the terraces providing direct access to the infinity pools and sun decks outside each villa.
The suites feature oversized bathrooms with freestanding baths and also have their own separate living area with flat screen TV and DVD player. They are the perfect option for families staying together or as a romantic haven for couples to get away from it all.
Penthouses - Sitting on top of each villa at The Cove you’ll find the penthouses with 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge, dining area, kitchen and incredible 500 sq ft balcony. Ideal for family and friends traveling together as well as for special occasions, The Cove Penthouses total a luxurious 2690 sq ft and affords guests breathtaking 220° degree views over the Caribbean Sea and stretching across the island. Two of the three bedrooms in the Cove Penthouses include spacious en-suite bathrooms while the 3rd bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Private dining is available within the penthouses and with oversized flat screen TV's and wireless internet the Cove Penthouses create a virtual home away from home.
Rock Cottage - With up to five bedrooms, a separate living area, kitchen, and a plunge pool that overlooks the secluded beach nearby, it is without a doubt one of the most private and secluded tropical island escapes in Antigua.
Rock Cottage is available with either two or five bedrooms, depending on your needs.
The two bedroom option features two master bedrooms with luxury bathrooms featuring double showers, vanity basin and bidet. This option is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children.
For those who require five bedrooms there are two additional bedrooms available with en suite bathroom in the cottage. There is also a small bedroom with queen-sized bed and en-suite shower room suitable for children, young adults, or accompanying staff. This configuration is suitable for a maximum of 9 adults and three children.
Pelican House - Internally no expense has been spared to make Pelican House one of the most luxurious and exclusive villas in the Caribbean. Both villas in Pelican House have their own luxurious living areas as well as exceptionally appointed kitchens from which the hotel’s chefs can prepare dishes of your choice enjoyed in each villas own private dining area. You will also have sharing access to a stylish and sizeable private infinity edge pool.
Each villa also features a master bedroom, bathroom, dining room, private patio and balcony. The villas can interconnect with up to two Premium Beachfront Rooms if required.
