The Latitud32 Steakhouse & Baja-Yucatan Fusion is renowned for its delicious Certified Angus cuts, with classics such as Beef Tenderloin and Rib Eye. In addition, we offer cuisine from Baja, which recently went through an amazing transformation by fusing with cuisine from Yucatan, creating excellent new flavors brought to life.

El Cielo Winery
We produce wines of the highest quality, both for novice and wine connoisseurs. Their wines have a strong character and contribute to the consolidation of Guadalupe Valley as a prestigious wine-growing region, in Mexico and worldwide.
The design of our facilities and the distribution of equipment is based on a gravity-flow system, taking into consideration the three levels of the building. The winemaking process starts by squeezing the grapes, followed by vinification in tanks, and aging in barrels, just like the great wine makers do it around the world.
Patience has its rewards in the maturity and quality of their wines. The wines from Astros and Astrónomos are made for quick consumption; wines from Constelaciones are elaborated to evolve in the bottle from four to ten years, and the ones from Estrellas (The Reserved Collection)are designed to be preserved, in a maturity curve, from ten to twenty years.
The wines are made by creating different concepts and using varietals that create new blends to surprise the palates of those who taste any of our Four labels – Astros, Astrónomos, Constelaciones and Estrellas (The Reserved Collection).
Astros has young wines, varietal mixtures, which are characterized by their elegance, and fresh, lively and fruity flavor.
Astrónomos seeks to be a classic, very traditional, Old World-style wine, for both expert and novice consumers new to the world of wine.
Constelaciones are modern wines, with innovative mixtures, considered to be from the New World, attracting consumers with somewhat atypical blends.
Estrellas (The Reserved Collection) The Stars are our premium collection. They are wines that present the highest expression of the assemblies and the exact balance between the stay in new barrels and the storage in bottle, these wines can be preserved from 15 to 20 years. Considered as Oenological jewels by connoisseurs of quality wines.

Pet Policy:
- El Cielo accepts dogs up to 8 kg (17 lbs) for a fee of $75 USD per night.
- We only accept dogs over 8 kg if they are certified service animals.
- Only one dog allowed per room.
- When outside of the room, dogs must be leashed and supervised.
- Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurants, tasting areas, gym, spa, or event rooms.
- When the dog is left alone in the room, it has to be crated and reception must be notified.
- Dog in the room” sign must be displayed at all times.“
- In case of any physiological accidents on the furniture or carpet, an extra cleaning charge will be incurred at check-out.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
- Doggie waste station is provided, including waste bags.
- In-room amenities like water and food bowls, as well as beds and toys are included.
- Guests must sign a waiver at check-in.
- Proof of vaccination must be shown at reception.
- El Cielo does not take any responsibility for the dogs.
- We currently cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
