Sugar Mill 

This award-winning fine dining restaurant is known for its unique twist on Jamaican cuisine, and its historical location – the former Running Gut Estate on the Rose Hall Sugar Plantation. The Sugar Mill menu tells a story about food in Jamaica, from the countryside to the seaside. It features dishes such as Crayfish Bisque, Brandade with Ackee Flan, and a meat and seafood brochette flamed with aged rum. Chef de Cuisine Christopher Golding and his team arouse the taste buds by marrying flavors (such as the acidity of pickled beets with the richness of seafood to make a delectable smoked marlin appetizer) and putting a modern spin on traditional Jamaican favorites (such as jerk) to create an exciting journey for foodies. Seagrape Terrace 

Enjoy spectacular views of the sea at this open-air restaurant. Featuring al fresco dining, the Seagrape Terrace is known for its wide selection of dishes and international cuisine. Regarded as one of the best outdoor dining locations in Jamaica, this restaurant is also popular among guests for its diverse breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. Il Giardino 

This intimate restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, serves authentic Italian cuisine. 

The menu at Il Giardino features dishes influenced by the Italian city, Naples. The chefs make use of the natural herbs from the garden, as well as fresh and seasonal vegetables found in Jamaica. All pastas are freshly made in Chef’s kitchen. Choose an Amalfi Coast speciality of traditional fresh pasta with scallops, prawns and zucchini or  green peas ravioli with parma ham powder, butter and parmesan cheese sauce, complemented by a nice red Chianti, quite like no other.

Visit this sophisticated lounge at the Sugar Mill Restaurant, which offers an eclectic choice of traditional cocktails and a curated selection of Caribbean rums, including the oldest rum available for sale – the 50-year-old Appleton Estate Rum. You can also choose from an inventive Tapas Bar menu should you be looking for a light meal.

Cedar Bar 

The heart of the resort, it has spectacular views of both the sea and sunsets. Ask their barmen, Caswell or Wills, for the bar snack menu and to introduce you to the Yellowbird Cocktail. It is here where the evening entertainment takes place and where you’ll make friends. They also have a swim-up bar at the Hibiscus Pool, which is open all day, and the 19th Hole Bar at the Half Moon golf course, where you and fellow golfers can recap the hole-in-one that you just missed.

At Half Moon, kids are VIPs. We’ve even built an entire village just for them! Inspired by Jamaican folklore, the Anancy Children’s Village is where children aged three-to-twelve can learn, play, discover and make friends.

For the smallest guests, their nanny service is the perfect solution. Professional nannies help younger children enjoy everything Anancy Children’s Village has to offer.

Safety is the number one priority and each activity is supervised by a highly trained coordinator. Children’s village staff are affiliated with Penn State University’s esteemed “Better Kid Care” program. Prestige Ocean Room - These contemporary rooms with classic touches offer views of the Caribbean Sea. Some rooms are situated on the ground or first floor of two-story cottages, while others are located on the first floor of the resort’s great house. Each room comes with an expansive, covered and furnished private patio or balcony. Rooms feature one king-sized or two double beds (subject to availability at check-in). Estate Ocean Room - These rooms feature wrap-around balconies with views of the Caribbean Sea. Situated in one of four charming timbered Estate Houses, these spacious rooms offer views of the Caribbean Sea and feature private outdoor living spaces. Ground-floor Estate Ocean Rooms include furnished patios while first-floor rooms come with wrap-around balconies. This room type also features the resort’s largest standard rooms. Estate Ocean Suite - Ideal for guests looking for more indoor and outdoor living space. These airy suites offer views of the Caribbean Sea. They are situated in private Estate Houses, surrounded by tropical gardens. Known for their versatility, each house provides suite-connecting capabilities for up to four bedrooms.  Perfect for entertaining, the Estate Ocean Suite features a wet bar, powder room and living area with French doors that open up to a large covered outdoor living space and dining area with seating for up to eight people. Each bedroom has a private patio, and expansive en suite bathroom with bathtubs or showers, double sinks and private outdoor showers. Great House Ocean Suite - Considered the resort’s signature suite and the only of its kind. This accommodation is the largest and located at the heart of the resort. Situated on the first floor of the Great House, guests will enjoy the open-plan and well-appointed living area, powder room, kitchenette and dining area with seating for up to six people. Feel right at home as you step out, from the living area or the bedroom, to an expansive balcony, which overlooks the great lawn and Caribbean Sea. The bedroom, just off to the right of the living area, comes with a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and double sinks.
