A journey for the senses with international acclaimed dining that specializes in Pan Tropical fare by Canadian-native, Mark De Gruchy, Executive Chef and Restaurant Co-owner. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Dress code: Elegantly casual (gents; shirts with collars and long trousers). Cuisine served: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
