Ventanas, Palazzo, Azia and Club Royale:
Formal: Gentlemen should wear a long-sleeved or short-sleeved dress shirt, or a polo shirt; elegant or casual long pants; and closed-toe dress shoes or discreet casual footwear; sandals are prohibited. Ladies should dress formally or casually; dress or skirt; long pants, shorts or Bermuda shorts; and elegant or casual footwear. The following are prohibited: jeans, sandals, athletic or beach footwear and t-shirts.
The Grill and Spices:
Casual: The use of t-shirts, jeans, shorts and casual or athletic footwear is permitted, both for ladies and gentlemen.

This is the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, offering an excellent culinary experience. Our cuisine is based upon the traditional cooking of Southern Spain – the birthplace of our chef. Ventanas serves fresh and healthy dishes using the highest-quality local ingredients.
