- Bombay Club - With a unique collection of intriguing, flavorful dishes, Bombay Club is the go-to place for scenic views, great times, and exotic fare. The mere mention of the city of Bombay conjures up images of ancient open-air markets buzzing with activity that heightens the senses—tables laden with shimmering silks, racks hung with geometrically patterned rugs, gleaming silver and copper vessels and, at the heart of it all, baskets overflowing with a multi-hued array of aromatic Indian spices, like cardamom, chili peppers, ginger, coriander, saffron and nutmeg.
- Butch's - Since that fateful day Sandals Resorts' Chairman opened his first resort, the name Gordon “Butch” Stewart has been synonymous with high-quality, luxury destinations. Making its debut against the stunningly beautiful Grenadian backdrop, our first-ever steakhouse, Butch's Chophouse, serves up only the highest quality grain-fed Midwestern beef, hand-selected from top quality Black Angus and Wagyu steers.
- Cafe de Paris - Like the elegant patisseries that line the narrow cobbled streets of Paris, the first impression of Caf&ecute; de Paris is cozy and familiar - small bistro tables with umbrellas set at jaunty angles line the terrasse, leading up to a stuccoed facade with tall, arched French doors. As you enter Caf&ecute; de Paris, aromas of freshly baked pastries and Blue Mountain coffee linger in the air; a welcome greeting that beckons you in. Behind a counter laden with sweet breads, croissants, cakes and much, much more, one friendly server makes espresso and specialty coffee while the other prepares the crêpes. - Dino's Pizzeria - When Sandals first decided to open a brick oven pizzeria, Dino Cavallo, a master pizza chef from Naples, Italy, was appointed to train Sandals chefs to make the most authentic Italian pizzas. He did such a great job that the pizzeria is named after him – and the rest is history
