The Grill Room

Set underneath a unique pyramid of glass, the focal point of Airth Castle Hotel & Spa is the stunning Grill Room restaurant. Newly refurbished & upgraded the Grill Room features a striking palette of black and white with designer touches evident throughout & offering a stunning backdrop for your dining experience.

Tuck into grill room classics with a modern twist & seasonally inspired dishes served with passion and personality, including sublime steaks & awesome burgers, and a wine & drinks list that amply matches the delicious dishes on offer. And don’t forget to leave room for one of the irresistible hand-crafted desserts.

Airth’s state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with The Inka Grill which is taking the culinary world by storm. Lauded by world-famous chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Jason Atherton, Airth Castle Hotel and Spa is proud to be one of the few venues in the UK to feature an Inka Grill.

Of Spanish origin, the Inka is a sealed oven, fuelled by a Bincho-tan ‘white’ hardwood oak charcoal, which ensures that meat, fish and vegetables are grilled swiftly and perfectly – creating unrivalled flavours for discriminating diners.

Airth Castle Hotel & Spa boasts 125 rooms & suites, which are located in both the original Castle and the main hotel building.  The size & style of the rooms & suites vary with a mix period charm & others with a more contemporary feel, and from traditionally furnished to super sleek.
